Paid Time Off
We are beginning to offer PTO to all employees beginning in the 2024 season.
What you get
Right at the start of each season, you get a week (that's 40 hours) of PTO to use whenever you need it.
For every week you work, you’ll get an extra 1.25 hours of PTO.
How to Use Your PTO
Check in with the installation or service manager first. We need to make sure there is no conflict with other requests and projects.
Once you've been approved you may send over your PTO request in the office.
You will receive a confirmation email once everything's set.
How much notice?
The more advance notice the easier it is for us to ensure there is no project conflict, at a minimum we want two weeks notice.
Emergencies
If something unexpected comes up and you need to take time off right away, let your manager and Cassie know ASAP.
Restrictions
PTO doesn’t carry over to the next year, and we don’t pay out for unused time. Make sure you use it to enjoy some well-deserved breaks during the season!
