How to set a signature in gmail

You should have already had a signature set up for you but in case you need to reset it.

1. Login to https://mail.google.com

2. Click the gear icon top right

3. Click see all settings

4. Enter text of signature (template below)

5. Save logo photo below to computer

6. Click the image icon and upload photo to end of signature

   1. 

7. Once uploaded, right click and resize to smallest size

   1. 

8. Make sure signature is selected for all mail

   1. 

      The name of the signature does not matter
