How to get started in Housecall Pro

Steps

  1. You will receive a text or email once you have been invited to the system. We will use your company email.

  2. You will be provided with a download link if you don't receive the link I have provided them above.

  3. Set your password. When you login for the first time it'll ask you to set a password.

    1. If you have issues please reach out to [email protected] and we can reset the password for you

  4. You're ready to get going!

Please do not be afraid to use the app. We recommend you create yourself as a customer, use your real phone number and personal email so you can see what a customer would see.

Then you can create as many estimates/jobs/notes without having to worry about messing with the system.
